Wow, I really can’t believe it has been an entire year since I shot Hudson’s newborn portraits. An entire year of seeing him through his baby plan every 3 months. And now he is a baby plan graduate! I had a wonderful time with this sweet family at their recent session. The wind tried to blow us down a few times, but the boys hung in their just fine and we were able to capture some really beautiful portraits. While I love the good family posed shots, I am always a sucker for the candids. We got so many of those at their session, it makes me happy to have those to share with families as well. I met the sweetest family last week when they travelled down from the Portland area for family portraits. Their girls are darling little beauties and they did a great job braving the unexpected wind with me. We took the girls back into the studio for a few more cozy photos, and they did great for that part too! It was such a joy meeting your beautiful family, enjoy your preview!
This little cutie was in the studio recently for his 3 month portrait session. As you can see, he has a smile that lights up a room and was perfectly happy sharing that with meThose big brown eyes have so many natural highlights in them, and I just love how the soft natural light reflected in them. I think a behind the scenes, fly-on-the-wall recording of me editing this sweet baby girl would be very amusing. Because I know I have a huge perma-smile the whole time, and oodle things like “awww, oh my gosh!, Mmmmm”.I just love Piper. She is beautiful beyond words, so mellow and sweet. Loves the camera.
